The idea of creating Fundación Conexión 360º sparked in 2016 out of one of its founding partners, who was driven by the commitment to generate positive actions to create a better society that offers fair, inclusive and equal opportunities.
Her dad, Hugo “Barullo” Nicola, had the dream of creating an organization that could help people retrieve old values, commit and work with integrity, as well as develop knowledge to make the world a better place for future generations.
She is just 35 years old and admits her parents were her two most important pillars. Their legacy were a very strong social commitment and fundamental values that she now passed on her two daughters. Flor, the eldest, and her philanthropic spirit encouraged her mom to make the family dream come true.
Our vision is to promote and carry out academic, cultural and social activities at a local, national and international level. How do we plan to achieve this? By starting actions that have a positive impact and improve people’s quality of life.
We look forward to contributing to the economic and social development of the population. Our goal is to support the entrepreneurial culture by participating in the research and execution of innovative and sustainable projects. We want to foster knowledge that is based on a non-traditional approach and adapts to our globalized, demanding and rapidly changing world.
We are parties in the social transformation. Therefore, we support the full development of other human beings and society, and want to fight back poverty (through education) and foster social inclusion of people with disabilities.
We want to move forward. That is why we have an ideal of how the world should be and it will be this utopia which will guide our way and transform reality in our path towards making the world a brighter place.
Values are the ethical principles that govern the culture of Fundación Conexión 360º and allow us to elaborate our own behavior guidelines.
It is our duty to do good to other people. This is a set of deeply rooted standards, that we now include in our organizational culture. It is a commitment to ourselves and to society, which encourages us to be constantly searching and learning to become better people.
Knowledge translates into actions. Thanks to it, we can choose what we want to be and how we want things to be done. We choose because we have knowledge and this is necessary to conduct ourselves as an institution that holds up to moral standards.
